New podcast reaches top 8 in the Apple Business Shows Chart

I’m delighted to share that my new podcast Fearless Diversity, co-hosted with Simon Fanshawe, has soared to number 8 in the Apple Business Shows Chart within the first few weeks of launching.

As leaders, we face human dilemmas at work every single day, and they’re rarely simple. In Fearless Diversity, Simon Fanshawe and I get stuck into the real, messy challenges of leadership: accountability, culture, inclusion and conflict. All the stuff that can divide teams if we don’t deal with it well.
