Survive and Thrive, The Fearless Facilitator Method ®
“Fight for the things that you care about but do it in a way that will lead others to join you”
Leadership has changed. Most models haven’t.
Organisations are more polarised, more scrutinised and more exposed than ever. Leaders are expected to navigate legal risk, cultural tension, public narrative and internal dynamics simultaneously and often without the conditions to think clearly or act with confidence.
The Survive and Thrive, Fearless Facilitator Method® is designed for this reality.
As set out in my White Paper Leadership in Complex Times leadership today is not about being louder or more certain. It requires steadiness: the ability to contain tension without fragmentation, exercise sound judgement under pressure, and act with clarity and courage when there is no option that satisfies everyone.
I work with senior leaders and teams when the stakes are high, and the answers are not obvious. My approach is grounded in real organisational practice and informed by established disciplines including psychological safety science informed by Professor Amy C. Edmondson whom I have been fortunate to work with several times. During the Covid19 Pandemic we led a programme for NHS Chief Executives and our publication with NHS Horizons has been one of their most downloaded and five years on featured at the International Forum on Quality and Safety in Healthcare 2026. You can read it here: Practical guide to psychological safety | NHS Horizons .
My work with corporate clients also draws from emotional regulation and Compassionate Mind approaches influenced by Professor Paul Gilbert and Kristin Neff and relational frameworks such as Transactional Analysis, which provide practical ways to understand patterns of behaviour, communication and decision-making under pressure. I integrate these with operational leadership, governance and decision-making in a way that is practical, evidence-based and proportionate to the realities leaders face.
I understand, at depth, how people respond under pressure how fear, power, identity and history shape behaviour, relationships and decision-making. Leaders I work with value this because it allows us to address what is actually happening in the room, not just what is formally expressed.
The result is leadership that can hold complexity without losing direction, teams that think more clearly, speak more honestly, and make decisions that stand up to scrutiny and serve the organisation’s purpose.

If you are navigating complexity, pressure or decisions that matter, get in touch to explore how we can work together.
